Healthy Back
Healty back must be strong, active and painless.
You can have healthy back by obeying certain rules.
- Make your ridge and back straight.
-Wrong body position; increase your hump and back curve
-change your postion frequenly
-Especially pay attention to keep normal

-Divide loading into 2 hands
-Orginize your movements before
-Dont try to be hero, get help
-Never lift heavy objects
-Dont bend down while trying to
get an object from floor, bend
your knees.
-Lift objects with your legs not with your back
-Try to keep objects upside of your back and keep it close to your body
-If you have to turn do not turn with your back, turn with your body
-Do not push, pull, lift heavy objects
-Sit on seat on true positon
-You can suppor your back curve wit a pillow
-Make your ridge straight while sitting and
put your back on seat
-Choose hard and othepedic beds while lieing
-Put a pillowunder your legwhile lieing
on your back
-its not good to lie on wood floor
-do no stretch your legs while lieing
-Watch your weight, dont take too weight
and control what you eat
-Do not smoke
-Reduce your daily tense and stress
- Do daily exercise
- Ritm walking, swimming and running
is ideal sport
